The degree in the interdisciplinary two-subject Bachelor’s course qualifies for admission to professional life and, DEPENDING ON ONE’S COURSE PLANNING, for the Master’s in Teaching Qualification for Grammar Schools and/or admission to a course of study in a subject-specific Master’s.\; this is the case, for example, for the Master's degree at the University of Osnabrück Romance Studies/Two Languages , Language in Europe , Literature and Culture in Europe , and Theology and Culture. In the dual-subject Bachelor's degree programme, alongside the core subject of Romance Studies/Spanish and a further core subject, an inter-disciplinary professional qualification area is completed, which, depending on the career goal, comprises the core curriculum Teacher Education (IKC) or the acquisition of key competences based on the 4-Steps+ model.
