This dormitory was completely renovated in 2021/2022. It comprises three interconnected buildings and offers a total of 103 furnished rooms (one single, four twin and 98 rooms in shared apartments). The main campus is around 1.5 km away, the Bismarckstraße campus around 300 m, and the main station and city centre 200 m. Train and bus connections and a large cinema complex are within just two minutes’ walking distance.
The rooms have gigabyte Ethernet internet access as standard. All rooms also have a cable TV connection. These costs are already covered by the monthly rent.

The maximum duration of staying in a student residence is ten semesters. The tenancy agreement can be terminated after the end of the first year of residence at any time with three months' notice. There are special regulations for ex-matriculation (only within the first year of residence) as well as for programme students and guests.
