• Standard application procedure

  Application requirements
  Students who can apply are those who are enrolled at:
  - RWTH Aachen
  - Fachhochschule Aachen
  - Fachhochschule Aachen, department Jülich
  - Musikhochschule Köln, department Aachen
  - Katholische Hochschule Nordrhein-Westfalen, department Aachen

  Application deadline
  You should begin your application as soon as you know that you want to study in Aachen, even if you are not yet an enrolled student. It makes no difference for your application if you want to study at the University or at the University of Applied Sciences.

  Application
  To apply for a dormitory, fill in this online form.
  After the Studierendenwerk has received your online application, you will get a confirmation email. The application is completed after you have confirmed the link sent in that email.
  Disabled students are given priority. Please send a corresponding certificate to wohnen@stw.rwth-aachen.de.

• Exchange students in business studies programmes

  Please contact the International Faculty Office.
  
  The Student Support Service has a small contingent of rooms which you can apply for. You will be informed in advance about the details of the application procedure.

• Students from partner universities

  The Department of International Affairs offers a limited number of rooms in
  student dorms to exchange and double-degree students from partner universities. The department also assists with finding a room. Your contact persons are Ms Sabrina Beeker (Aachen campus) and Ms Britta Ritzal (Jülich campus). Contact via e-mail: mobility@fh-aachen.de
