Special features regarding teaching in the bachelor's degree programme

Small study groups, very favourable student/teacher ratio. Mentoring programmes especially for female Engineering students. Pre-courses in Mathematics, Comprehensive Tutor Programmes. Many practicals alongside lectures, also for exam preparation. Student project work, e.g. interdisciplinary "Running Snail Racing Team" with participation in the international Formula Student, Physical Computing project. Intensive supervision of students in small groups, a wide range of compulsory elective subjects and a choice of four areas of specialisation allow an individual focus.

The Electrical Engineering, Media and Computer Science (EMI) Faculty offers an international Bachelor's degree programme – "Artificial Intelligence – International" and an international Master's degree programme "Artificial Intelligence for Industrial Applications".
