Research at the Educational Science institute focuses on the fields of education and counselling throughout life. Particular attention will be paid to (1) individual competence development, (2) professionalisation in education and counselling and (3) the learning and change processes of (educational) organisations. Scientifically and socially highly relevant questions from the fields early childhood, school, vocational and employment are examined in interdisciplinary and internationally relevant projects.
