The Faculty of Economic Sciences sees itself as part of the entire university. The Faculty is also involved in the Graduate School of Law, Economics and Society. Under the motto "Business meets science", the faculty regularly conducts practical events and projects in cooperation with the IHK Chamber of Commerce.
