Special features regarding teaching

business school graduates who are active in industry should not only bring excellent commercial training with them, but should also have basic technical knowledge. All degree courses at the faculty are therefore in the area of conflict between technology and Business Administration and build a bridge between the product-related and commercial areas of companies. The Esslingen MBA in International Industrial Management links operations with marketing and finance. STEM graduates gain managerial and cross-disciplinary industrial management skills.

Special features regarding the international orientation

In International Technical Business Administration, students must take a semester abroad. The main objectives are getting to know other cultures and consolidating language skills. The Esslingen MBA in International Industrial Management is more than a typical MBA programme: It is designed for Bachelor graduates from STEM fields with management ambitions. Over 90% of our MBA students come from around 12 different nations each year: this intercultural student and alumni network is a highlight of the MBA.
