Admission requirements

The admission requirement is a recognised first certificate of academic degree in a relevant natural sciences or technical course worth at least 210 credit points (CP) in accordance with the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) and an overall grade of 2.5 or better. Any degree course that teaches skills from the fields of Mathematics, Physics or Electrical and Information Technology worth at least 110 CP is deemed relevant. Of these, at least 50 CP must be demonstrated in the skills of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Prospective students who have not yet completed their relevant academic studies can participate in the selection procedure, provided they can demonstrate at the time of applying that they only require 30 CP to obtain their degree (i.e. at least 150 out of 180 CP for 6-semester degree courses, 180 out of 210 CP for 7-semester degree courses). Enrolment is then subject to the condition that evidence of successful completion is provided by the 2nd semester.
