The degree programme takes place at our campus in Leipzig. The main task of a social worker is to support and help people in special circumstances. The dual B.A. degree course in Social Work gives you all the social science basics you need for your professional career in the social sector. In addition to the seminars at the university, we give you the opportunity to get to know the different areas of a social institution on an ongoing basis at your practice partner company. By alternating between theoretical and practical phases, you can apply your skills in a practical way during your degree. Our goals is to optimally prepare you for your professional future in the various fields of social work with authorities, social agencies, the private sector or social institutions.
