Admission requirements

For admission to the OTH Amberg-Weiden, you need a completed university degree (diploma or bachelor with at least 210 credit points) in the field of mechanical engineering or a field with significant mechanical engineering specific content (e.g. environmental engineering, patent engineering or industrial engineering). Equivalent qualifications are recognised. A final grade better than 2.6 is required. If the aforementioned admission requirements are not met, it is possible to acquire them by taking an aptitude test.
