a completed Bachelor's degree or an at least equivalent academic degree in an Engineering degree course, such as Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Facility and Real Estate Management or a degree course with essentially the same content from a university, university of applied sciences or university of cooperative education or a university abroad.
