The degree course is offered at the University of Public Service in Bavaria, Department of Social Administration, in Wasserburg am Inn. The practical training is carried out at the regional German old age pension insurance companies in Bavaria or the Bavarian Pension Fund for Professional Groups.

Admission requirements

Training within the administration. No direct application at the higher education institution. The course of study requires you to be employed as a civil servant with a revocable appointment at a Bavarian employer, the Free State of Bavaria or an institution of German Pension Insurance in Bavaria. In addition, education while employed with the regional carrier Bayern Süd (Bavaria South) of German Pension Insurance and the Bavarian Pension Fund for Professional Groups is possible. These employers assign the civil servant or the employee to the degree course at the university. Commencement of studies in a civil service relationship with a revocable appointment requires participation in a special national selection procedure (LPA-procedure). The commencement of studies as an employee requires a training contract with German Pension Insurance Bavaria South or the Bavarian Pension Fund for Professional Groups
