Graduates with a scientific (physics, chemistry) or technical degree (electrical engineering, mechatronics, regenerative energy technology and energy efficiency, microsystems engineering, sensor technology or analytics).

Annotation

Electrical Engineering and Microsystems Engineering are the main pillars of this Master's degree programme. The interdisciplinary configuration and modular design of the degree course offer you a variety of elective options, as well as our international exchange programme. The degree course can be studied in German or English.

Admission requirements

The successful completion (2.7 or better) of a relevant technical or natural science degree course at a university in Germany or abroad. Alternatively, proof is also deemed provided if the submitted final grade in the degree programme belongs to the top 51 per cent of graduates of the degrees in the respective university. The degree course can be studied in German or English.
