Admission requirements

With a first certificate of academic degree: At least One year of current, relevant professional experience or professionally qualifying certificate of academic degree worth 210 ECTS or applicants with a certificate of academic degree worth 180 ECTS credits can apply for a place on the course provided that they meet the other admission criteria. In order to fill the gap of 30 ECTS, affected applicants must agree to acquire the additional 30 ECTS during the Master's degree course. Without a first certificate of academic degree: Admission to higher education in accordance with Section 65 (1) and (2) of the Higher Education Act (HochSchG), e.g. subject-specific higher education entrance qualification (Fachabitur) or school leaving certificate giving right of entry to higher education (Abitur), vocational training equivalent to a Meister degree (e.g. state-recognised childcare worker), vocational training with a final grade of at least 2.5 or a passed aptitude test, which determines the equivalence of the vocational qualification with that of a completed undergraduate degree course or at least 3 years of current, relevant professional experience

There are tuition fees totalling EUR 6,600 (EUR 1,650 per semester), plus the student union student welfare contribution and the student union executive committee contribution of Koblenz University of Applied Sciences.
