Target group

The dual Master's course is predominantly aimed at Those students with legal training, in particular graduates with a first Law examination. It is, however, also open to graduates from Social Science degree courses and graduates of Sinology. Further details are specified in the admission regulations.

Annotation

On the Chinese side, the renowned Law School of Tongji University in Shanghai with the Chinese-German University College (CDHK) and on the German side, the Faculty of Law of the University of Konstanz and the Faculty of Law of Humboldt University in Berlin are involved. The Master's programme includes an integrated year abroad at Tongji University in Shanghai.
