This double degree programme is conducted in cooperation with the Università degli studi di Pavia and the EM Strasbourg. Students spend one year at the University of Tübingen and one year at one of the two partner institutions, earning a degree from both institutions. Students of this programme are full students at both universities. This master programme endows students with the skills and capacities necessary to succeed in the European economic world. Pavia, Italy With one study year in Pavia, Italy, and one study year in Tübingen, Germany, students experience two cultures, two campus lives, two academic practices. Graduates look forward to excellent career perspectives in various sectors. By the end of their studies they are granted two master degrees: the Laurea Magistrale degree and the Master of Science degree. Studying in Tübingen students choose two to three specialisations from a broad range of business specialisations. They take compulsory and elective courses depending on their specific specialisation, but may additionally aim at complementary specialisations in Economics, benefiting from a strong Economics scholarship at the Tübingen School of Business and Economics. Studying in Pavia students can choose courses out of a number of business specialisations. Additionally, they may take sociology courses, benefiting from the School’s specific focus. Strasbourg, France Students spend their first study year in Strasbourg and one year in Tübingen, also gaining two master degrees: the Master Grande École degree and the Master of Science degree. Additionally the students receive a certificate of the French-German University. Their studies in Tübingen and Strasbourg provide them with a unique insight into their specialisation. It is this intercultural competence that leads to the added value for our graduates on both a personal and a professional level. Students may choose to either complete their Master Thesis at the partner university or at the University of Tübingen, depending on where they study during their first year of the M.Sc. degree. The programme requires students to earn 60 ECTS at each institution, amounting to a total of 120 ECTS. Students start their programme at the EM Strasbourg in September and complete their first year of the master degree over there. The second year of the programme is spent in Tübingen and includes the completion of a Master Thesis. The EM Strasbourg requires students to complete an internship of 3,5 months in a location of their choice. Students can choose to do the internship either between their first and second year of studies or at the end of their studies at the University of Tübingen. Lyon, France Furthermore, the School of Business and Economics is currently developing a cooperation with the iaelyon School of Management - University Jean Moulin 3.
