Annotation
The program comprises three theoretical semesters and concludes with the Master's thesis in the fourth semester. Two specialisations can be chosen. The following Special Competencies II are available: Development cooperation, personnel management, change management and educational management and planning in municipalities. As part of the DAAD Master Scholarship Program Helmut-Schmidt program, up to 10 students from Africa, Latin America, South Asia, Southeast Asia and the countries of the Near and Middle East are admitted every winter semester. The programme therefore has a share of 30% to 50% international students.
Admission requirements
In addition to online application, all documents must be completed in full and sent by post to Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences by the deadline. - Completed university degree (university or university of applied sciences) in the following areas: Social Sciences, Economics or another prior degree course in a suitable subject. - You must provide proof of English language skills of at least level B2 before applying. Proof of German language skills of at least level A1 (subject to approval by the accreditation agency) must additionally be provided by foreign students. - If the number of applicants exceeds the number of study places, a university selection procedure will be carried out: In addition to the Bachelor's degree, voluntary work, professional experience or training, experience abroad and scholarships with proximity to the degree course subject are taken into account.
