Bachelor's degree or equivalent first university degree attesting at least three years of study and 180 credit points, of which one year must have been successfully completed at a French Institute of Political Science (Institut d'Études Politiques, IEP) or at a comparable university abroad, Good proficiency in French and German as well as in a further modern foreign language (e.g., English, Spanish)
