Due to demographic changes, the health and social system is undergoing profound changes. The need for care services will continue to grow. The course takes into account the increasing demands and new tasks and fields of action in nursing professions. In addition to management skills, you will also acquire analytical and strategic skills during your studies. In combination with extensive theoretical knowledge of the definition of Nursing and the health economic, political and social legal framework conditions, this enables you to take on institutional and administrative tasks in health and nursing facilities. The focus is on employees who are already involved in nursing and provide care-related services. Therefore, the course also deals with the skills for employee motivation, moderation in conflict situations and employee development.
