Annotation
The proportion of older people in our society is continuing to increase. This development requires the continuous adjustment of structures in politics and business, in health and social care as well as in the education system. The IU distance learning course in Gerontology examines demographic change from different perspectives and trains you for operational, planning/coordination as well as advisory and teaching activities. Since you study 100% online, you can gain professional experience alongside your study programme and therefore perfectly combine theory and practice.
