Employment (at least 50% of a full-time position) / training: - Contract of employment or training agreement as well as current proof of employment Proof of care for your own children: - Birth certificate of the child/children and household or registration certificate (request from Local Authority/District Town Hall) as well as custody declaration (for single fathers) or marriage certificate Proof of the care of close relatives (parents, grandparents, children or spouse): - Certificate from the attending doctor Proof of own chronic illness or disability: - Disabled pass (minimum degree 50%) or specialist medical report on the disability/chronic disease which can also be comprehended by a layperson Proof of a being a competitive athlete: - Certificate from the relevant sport association Proof of other social reasons: - Relevant documents providing proof
