The Department of Business Psychology is characterised by a unique combination of a well-founded cultural-psychological-depth psychological orientation with quantitative methods; active interaction and learning from experience instead of passive frontal instruction; students in the course network; relevance to the labour market and practical relevance - right from the start; excursions, business games, simulations, practical projects, interdisciplinarity.
