An increasing number of the courses in the curriculum are taught in English, in part by international visiting lecturers, ensuring that other research areas are incorporated into teaching. In addition, the TU Braunschweig expands its international partnerships with other universities.

WiFi reception is possible in all rooms as well as on the central areas of the campus. In almost every institute there are workplaces for students, including the necessary software for teaching and research as part of theses. The same applies to access to subject-specific databases, some of which are even available throughout the university (e.g. Stata, SPSS, Siemens Plant Simulation, etc.).

The department is heavily involved in the NFF - the Lower Saxony Research Centre for Vehicle Technology. The vision of sustainable mobility is being pursued as part of this cooperation platform for joint research between industry and science. This is implemented in five scientific research fields (including Mobility Management and Logistics as well as Electromobility) and aims to ensure that mobility needs in urban areas are met on a sustainable basis.

As part of the TU-wide services of the Office for Knowledge and Transfer, students can receive support in their own start-ups.

Studying at the TU Braunschweig has all the advantages of studying at a "medium-sized" technical university. We have sufficient areas of specialisation, good practical integration, many high-ranking research projects, a good student organisation as well as a positive learning environment.
