Special features regarding teaching

Intensive work placement guidance; close cooperations with industry institutions (e.g. placement programme with the health authorities with the possibility of participation in a trainee programme for entry into a career); small study groups (seminar-style teaching, exercises, practical groups); practical simulations in nursing and counselling laboratory; high proportion of practice-oriented and project-based teaching through own research results.

Special features regarding the international orientation

In the dual degree course, students can not only study abroad, but also complete a practice placement. This means that the students work in different healthcare institutions worldwide. In the Master's degree course, students must complete a period of study abroad.

Nursing lab with patient simulation computer and realistic case work; consultation lab; sufficient PC workstations for students.
