Degree courses in Bioinformatics, Machine Learning and Medical Informatics that can be studied in English; seminars are held in English; examinations can be held in English; selected elective courses are also held in English already in the Bachelor's degree course. This allows students to settle in gradually from the 5th semester at the latest in order to be optimally prepared for a Master's degree course.

Research at the faculty has a very inter-disciplinary focus. The Universität Tübingen offers a highly inter-disciplinary research landscape.
