Special features regarding teaching

In some modules, different teaching concepts are offered in parallel (flipped classroom, practical introduction with discussion, research-based learning, theory, tests during the semester); A professor of Business Information Systems has already won the HTW Prize for Good Teaching; The teaching staff regularly carry out teaching innovation projects, which are financed by the faculty, the Vice President of Teaching or third-party funds.; A great deal of content is offered as videos via a media library; Even before the pandemic, the degree course had set up infrastructure for e-exams

Special features regarding the international orientation

Project Start IT (Erasmus+) connects students from six countries to work on mobile apps in diverse, international, interdisciplinary teams in order to acquire various skills (soft skills, entrepreneurship, IT). The horizontal goal is digital transformation in the field of climate change.
