    The Finnish secondary school final examination has to be passed and the following subjects have to be passed in the final examination:
    - Native language, one foreign language, mathematics and a natural science subject.
    - Mathematics and the natural science subject can be substituted by submission of the secondary school final grade report.

    For admission to subjects in the field of arts, where admission depends on an artistic preliminary test or a comparable requirement, proof of the successfully passed secondary school final examination is sufficient.

    **) You are required, as a general rule, to have studied as a full-time student at a recognised higher education institution according to the given study regulations, and also without a reduction of the study periods due to crediting diplomas or other trainings that have not been achieved at a higher education institution.
