German and foreign graduates of Diplom and Bachelor's degrees from a subject area related to Area Studies or Planning (e.g. Town and Country Planning, Town Planning, Geography, National Economics, Sociology, Ecology, Agriculture or Forestry), in particular graduates from developing countries who want to work in the field of Town and Country Planning or Cooperative Development in their home countries.
