- a pre-semester, five main semesters and five intermediate semesters - specific selection process of higher education institution and personnel administration To apply for the Computer Science/E-Administration Bachelors degree, you must first apply to the responsible personnel administration departments of your federal states or of your employer. Then you go through a specific selection process from the higher education institution and the personnel administration. The academic studies are based on an agreement between the higher education institution and the respective German federal state. This includes the objectives of the course, the specific supervision and feedback mechanisms for the students and the clients and the costs.
