The postgraduate course is aimed at lawyers with first state examinations, law clerks and full-time lawyers, in particular practising lawyers.

Admission requirements
The first state examination in law, or the first legal examination, or an equivalent foreign qualification. Likewise, those who have acquired a comparable bachelor’s degree with at least 240 ECTS credits, which enables subsequent access to the legal profession, can be admitted. In addition, proof is to be provided of relevant professional practical experience (at least one year).
