From apple brandy to insulin and tissue transplantation: biotechnologically produced products are diverse. However, for these products to make it to the point of sale or clinical application, much more is needed than biology alone. Only a combination of natural and engineering sciences leads to the finished product – and this is exactly what awaits you in the programme Bio- and Process Technology. Last admission under the name "Biotechnology and Process Technology" for the summer semester 2019. Name changed to "Applied Biology” for the winter semester 2019/2020
