Degree-seeking or exchange students
The Accommodation Service of Hochschule Fulda helps you to find rooms for rent at special terms and conditions - in publicly owned halls of residence or private apartments (An overview . The rooms are fully furnished and equipped with bed linen, towels, cooking utensils and cutlery, so you do not need to bring anything like that with you when you move in.
If you would like to rent one of these rooms or apartments, please complete the application for help in finding accommodation as soon as possible after you have received your confirmation of admission from the university and send it to the fax number or email address indicated on the form by no later than:
- 1 September (winter semester)
- 1 March (summer semester)
The accommodation is allocated in the order in which applications are received. This means that unfortunately, you might not be allocated the accommodation you prefer. Please note that you must move into the accommodation the International Office allocates to you.
As soon as suitable accommodation becomes free, you will be informed via mail. The rooms will be allocated in the order applications are received. It is advisable, particularly in the winter semester, to apply as early as possible.
Currently the demand for places in the halls is considerably higher than the number of free places. A waiting list is therefore being operated. Rooms becoming available are allocated according to the date of the application. You can enquire about the likely wait at the hall of residence administration.
Every four weeks following your application, you will receive a mail to which you need to reply in order to confirm your interest. Should you fail to do so, your application will appear as done in the system.
