There are many good reasons for studying in Germany. The more than 380 officially recognized universities in 175 towns and cities offer a total of over 15,000 study programs of highest academic standard, with almost 1,700 International Degree Programs which are partly or completely taught in English.

Tuition at German universities is for free or is offered at very low cost compared to other Western countries. As a result of the so called Bologna process, degrees acquired from German universities are internationally recognized and results can easy be transferred, especially within Europe which allows for a high mobility between different institutions of higher education. This all makes Germany a very popular destination for foreign students and it comes not as surprise that it is the third most attractive country in the world for students and scholars from abroad.

Study in Germany  provides all necessary information on the German university system and gives useful advice on how to find a suitable study program, how to apply for it etc. We have summarized the most important aspects in an power point presentation which you will find at the bottom of this page.
