Internationalization of teacher education
This questionnaire is part of an initiative by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and the Norwegian Agency for International Cooperation and Quality Enhancement in Higher Education (Diku) to foster the internationalization of teacher education. As part of our initiative’s efforts, we aim to identify the key issues and priorities in the internationalization of teacher education as well as good practice examples and helpful regulations.
The findings of this survey aim to provide an input to the forthcoming EU council conclusions on teachers that are planned by the Croatian EU presidency for the Council of European Education ministers in May 2020. They will further feed into the discussions and topics to be addressed in an international conference by DAAD and Diku, which aims to tackle current issues in teacher education, and which will be held in Brussels in June 2020 (for more information, see questionnaire below).
The questionnaire takes 10-15 minutes and will be online until the 21 st of February 2020. The study is conducted at Higher Education Institutions across Europe. You have received this questionnaire as a core person in the internationalization of teacher education at your institution. All data will be dealt with confidentially and made anonymous. In case of any questions or comments do not hesitate to contact Caroline Nehls via firstname.lastname@example.org.
We welcome if you could circulate this e-mail to other stakeholders that might be interested in participating in this survey. We highly appreciate your support in this endeavour and thank you very much,
the teams of “Lehramt.International” and “Norwegian Partnership Programme for International Teacher Education (NOTED)”
