Annotation
Have you already completed your studies but still feel you need more preparation for the family business? Do you already have professional experience but little time to reflect on it? Do you want to go back to university, but you only want to interact with family business owners? Our career-integrated Master's degree programme Our career-integrated Master's programme is designed to educate and provide further training to the next generation of family business owners, family officers and people close to the company. As the first career-integrated Master's degree in Family Entrepreneurship in Europe, our degree course is aimed at people taking over family businesses, shareholders and (prospective) managers in family businesses who want to learn about the entire business administration spectrum, specifically for family businesses. And they want to do this through a close interlinking of theoretical principles and direct testing in practice between the study blocks. As a private university, Zeppelin University is itself an entrepreneurial university that is aware aware of the special responsibility that comes with educating family business owners – for the legacy they have borrowed for the next generation. The eMA FESH builds on the academic expertise of the Friedrichshafen Institute for Family Businesses | FIF at the ZU. This close connection to current research benefits students in practice – and this in turn benefits academics. In addition, sponsors support the further development of the degree course. This reciprocal relationship between practice, research and expertise provides a fruitful basis for a lively exchange, continuous further development and a successful start in the family business or family office.
