8 to 10 semesters Business lawyers are in demand and can be employed in any industry. Their legal and business administration knowledge is particularly valuable in HR departments: They understand the requirements of employers and can act in a legally compliant manner. With the state-recognised Bachelor of Laws certificate of academic degree, doors are open to you in many professional fields, e.g. in associations, (commercial) law firms or tax consulting firms, companies in all sectors, start-ups and authorities. With the state-recognised "Bachelor of Laws (LLB)" certificate of academic degree, you qualify for management positions in middle and senior management of companies and public institutions. In addition, the accredited certificate of academic degree allows you to access the higher intermediate civil service as well as a further Master’s degree.
