Admission requirements
Prerequisite is the completion of at least six semesters of Bachelor's degree course leading to a Bachelor of Arts degree in a social science or humanities degree course. At least 180 credit points must have been obtained in the ECTS-System. The applicant must have obtained a Bachelor's degree with a grade of at least 2.6, including a prerequisite of at least 20 CP in journalism and at least 5 CP in empirics/statistics. In case of doubt, the head of the examination board decides. Proof of pre-study work placements in journalistic editorial offices of media houses in the amount of at least four weeks within a period of four years before the start of the course.
