Target group
This Master’s degree programme is specifically tailored to working people and is aimed at experienced professionals in the fields of law, economics, medicine and pharmacy. It is also aimed at young graduates from other disciplines, young professionals and trainees who aspire to a leadership position at insurance, pharmaceutical and other companies, ministries and associations, institutions of the health system, hospitals and law firms specialising in medical law. University graduates from other disciplines are also eligible to take part in the degree programme. Non-law graduates must complete an additional preparatory course.

Admission requirements
Admission requirement to the Master's degree programme "Medical Law" is a successfully completed university degree in with a state exam, Diplom, Bachelor or Master's degree programme among the top 50% of all graduatesat a university with at least 240 ECTS credit points. Up to 60 ECTS points can be obtained on the basis of professional qualifications. For non-legally trained applicants:: admission requires participation in the preparatory course and passing two examinations.
