This Master's degree programme is specifically designed for professionals and is aimed at experienced lawyers and economists as well as at young graduates, young professionals and trainee lawyers who aspire to a leadership position at law firms, banks, accounting firms or family offices. University graduates from other disciplines are also eligible to take part in the degree course after completing a free of charge additional preliminary course. Access for applicants without a first degree in a legal field: basic knowledge of law. - written proof of academic achievement from a university - or participation in the free preparatory course and passing the exam

Admission requirements
The requirement for admission is a successfully completed university degree with the following qualifications: • State Examination • Diploma degree, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree course worth at least 240 ECTS credits, ranking among the top 50% (up to 60 ECTS credits can be obtained on the basis of professional qualifications) For applicants without a first degree in a legal field: • basic knowledge of law, written proof of academic achievement from a higher education institution or • Participation in the free preparatory course and passing the exam Language skills required: Required minimum language skills, which must be demonstrated by one or more of the following successfully completed language tests: • DSH-2 (German) Required practical experience In addition to a first university degree, you will need the following practical experience to be admitted to this course: 1 year of professional experience in the field of Business Administration, Law
