Annotation
The Master’s degree course in "International Political and Social Science Research" provides in-depth methodological knowledge for the analysis of political and social developments. In four semesters, the research-oriented degree course combines theoretical study with practical research, preparing students specifically for scientific and analytical work. In terms of content, the degree course combines intensive methodology training with three central topics: - Inequality and Diversity – Research into the causes and consequences of social and political inequality. - Digital Societies – Analysis of the impact of digitalisation on society and politics. - International Politics and Conflict – Examining international and local conflict dynamics as well as global political challenges. This interdisciplinary approach enables students to critically examine current social developments and to research them using sound scientific methods.
