Admission requirements
The admission requirement for the Master's degree programme in Professional Writing is a first professionally qualifying certificate of academic degree (Bachelor's degree, state examination, Diploma degree or similar). Admission to the programme is also subject to the applicant's professional suitability for the course of study, which must be demonstrated by the submission of specific documents. Furthermore, knowledge of a total of two foreign languages (modern and/or Latin and/or Greek) is required. Proof of modern foreign languages requires level B1 (according to the Common European Framework of Reference) and proof of Latin and/or Greek language proficiency requires the Latinum or Graecum. International applicants are required to provide proof of command of German at the level of a DSH test (stage 2), a TestDaF (min. TDN 4 in all 4 house) or a recognised equivalent.
