Food Science and Biotechnology is a Bachelor’s degree course in science and technology that deals with the development and sustainable production of products in food, biotechnology, pharmaceutical or cosmetics companies. The focus is on both the technical processes for the production of food and the biochemical reactions in the processing of raw materials.
