The admission requirement is the general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur), subject-specific higher education entrance qualification (fachgebundene Hochschulreife) (health) or educational qualifications recognised as equivalent. For those who are already professionally qualified, there is an opportunity for shortened lateral entry (usually in the third semester).
