Admission requirements

- BSc Materials Science at the Technical University of Darmstadt or an equivalent academic degree; If necessary, entrance examination in three subjects according to the catalogue; If necessary, admission is possible subject to conditions of a maximum of 20 credit points; - English language skills at the level of Unicert III or equivalent are required (e.g. TOEFL test paper 570, cb 230, iBT 88, IELTS 6.5; CAE Grade C1; English advanced course with 8 points or better in the certificate of general higher education entrance qualification) - Participation in the online self-assessment of the Master's in Materials Science. This is not an entrance examination and no results are transmitted, only participation is mandatory. A certificate of participation is automatically issued when the assessment is completed.
