The Bachelor's degree programme in Civil Engineering - Digital Planning and Construction at THWS offers a practice-oriented engineering education that addresses the special digital areas of responsibility that have been added to everyday construction planning and fosters an understanding and special features of digital construction processes. With their degree course, graduates acquire sound basic knowledge that can be used in all areas of civil engineering and enables them to continue their education according to their respective interests. The degree course takes the theoretical and practical teaching content into account in a balanced way and thereby establishes the basis for one's own actions, also in the sense of sustainable development of the construction sector. The successfully completed Bachelor's degree course in Civil Engineering enables early entry into professional life and also enables graduates to pursue in-depth scientific studies in the fields of construction-specific engineering and environmental sciences. The students are therefore provided with a qualification oriented towards applied science that enables them to work in a solution-oriented and interdisciplinary manner.
