The advancement of your musical abilities and your own artistic identity are the top priorities in the degree course BMus Popular Music, which is conducted in English. A mix of individual main subject and subsidiary subject lessons, ensemble lessons, repertoire and correpetition coaching forms your practical musical basis throughout the course of your degree. Here you can hone your musical craft, try out playing together with others and sharpen your artistic profile. You will learn all the basics, tools and the necessary routine in courses such as composition, song writing, performance training, artist development, education and recording techniques.

To apply for the Bachelor's degree programme in Popular Music, you will need: Certificate of general higher education entrance qualification or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification alternatively, an occupational qualification can provide access as well* Two songs in MP3 format: For the degree course, you must choose and present an instrument (or vocals) as a major. Please upload your own compositions or interpretations of external works with your application (each 1-4 minutes in length) Curriculum vitae with current passport photo Copy of identity document (front and back), copy of passport or national identity card for foreign students

Nationality EU/EEA including the Western Balkans, Switzerland and Ukraine: EUR 790/month Nationality Non-EU/EEA: EUR 4,740/semester The monthly or semester contribution remains the same throughout the entire period of study.
