Annotation
In addition to the specialist knowledge from Geography, the course "European Studies: Geographies of Europe" provides overview knowledge of European contexts. An interdisciplinary core area focuses on development processes, current trends and perspectives on Europe. Here, the disciplines of History, Politics, Law, Language, Literature and Media work together across disciplines and enable students to view and classify complex issues independently and critically. This idea of fundamentals plus specialisation is reflected in the structure of the entire Bachelor's degree course.
In addition to the regular university events, language courses, an eight-week internship and a stay abroad (in the fifth semester) are also planned.
