Annotation

Students are qualified to model complex systems and processes in both industrial practice and science. Methodological competencies of various scientific disciplines (Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) are included. The course is divided into three blocks: - Basic principles and technical-physical backgrounds - Systems theory and modelling - Computer-supported Simulation Processes, Numerics and Visualisation

Admission requirements

You can enrol in this Master's degree course if you have already completed at least a seven-semester, professionally qualifying course of study in Engineering with at least 210 credits. Of these, 105 should come from modules with electrotechnical and/or mechatronic and/or vehicle electronics & electromobility and/or medical technology content. Bachelor graduates whose academic degree comprises 180 credits can still be admitted. In this case, the equivalent of 30 bachelor credits must be completed at a later time. This ensures that you will have acquired 300 credits by the end of the Master's degree programme.
