A second foreign language (French, Italian, Japanese or Spanish) is studied during the first five semesters. From the fourth study semester onwards, approximately 50% of the courses are taught in English, which is why English language proficiency at level C1 is expected from the fourth study semester onwards. This can be demonstrated via the Oxford Online Placement Test of RhineMain University of Applied Sciences.
