The course is dedicated to questions of Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour in a national and international context against the background of a wide range of future topics in business, technology and society. It focuses on looking at the relationship between the individual and the organization. Aspects of the work task, the individual, the group, the organisation and the respective context are equally taken into account and reflected against the background of ethical principles and economic, technological and social challenges. The aim is to provide students with the ability to describe and explain human behaviour as well as innovative and responsible action in and by organisations and to derive recommendations for action to improve personnel management and leadership practice as well as organisational design.
